Overview

KW600 Multi-function Geothermal Water Well Drilling Rig is mainly used for drilling water well, geothermal pump well and well hole for other purposes. The drilling machine can be used for drilling work at different stratums. The diameter of drill hole is large, which can reach up to 450m at maximum. Unique deep-hole axis pressure regulating system is used to properly adjust the propulsion force, which reduces the slewing resistance when drill deep hole. The drilling machine is equipped with two-stage retractable carriage. The 4.5m drill rod can be used to reduce the times of extension rod.

1. Double-motors swing mechanism

Straight-tooth reducer mechanism driven by two international brands of hydraulic motors is adopted, with simple structure and reliable performance.

For the combined positioner, the positioning plate can be adjusted and replaced according to different models of drill stem and impactor, so as to ensure that the positioning and centering are accurate and reliable.

3. Flexible and stable hydraulic leg

Swing-type front leg and retractable rear leg can provide reliable support after being unfolded. The transportation size can be reduced by retracting the shell.

4. Deep-hole axis pressure regulating system

Unique deep-hole axis pressure regulating system is used to properly adjust the propulsion force, which reduces the slewing resistance when drilldeep holeand improves efficiency of drilling.

5. Two-stage retractable carriage

Adopt two-stage retractable carriage and 4.5m drill stem also can be used under the circumstance of not increasing the length of carriage, which reduces the extension rod times and improves the working performance.
